Four Weeks To Something

Beginning today I am going on a bender. Not one of my typical benders of fast food, late night trips to the fridge and not exercising nearly enough bender. Actually, it is a four week challenge to see just what I can do with both high intensity exercise and solid nutrition. There is a chance I might enter a Men’s Health Magazine challenge but, yeah, probably not. At the very least I am gonna enter my own “No More Man Boob” Challenge. It will be about what I can accomplish in the “Month of March” and after that, all about getting in the best possible shape of my life by May 23rd, 2010 (the one year anniversary of my dads passing).
