Treadmill Confirms T.U.G. Not In His Best Shape
Day two of my fitness program and it is confirmed by the words on the treadmill, “Below Average”. That’s great. My health has now caught up with my SATs, GPA, credit score and probably so many other things I have been evaluated on in my life.
I did meet with the trainer to do some body fat testing. 195 pounds with 12.37 percent…about 25 pounds of fat for those of you who are, for some wildly creepy and totally unnecessary reason, keeping score. Not the worst numbers out there and acceptable to many. But with a family heart history that could kill a village and the fact that about 24.5 of those pounds show up on my face, that is not so good for the acting or for the staying alive.
Some people would say don’t get caught up in your weight, go based on how you feel. Well, I feel like crap. The battle continues with high intensity legs circuit tomorrow. Not even one of those words sounds fun, except the “tomorrow” part of course.
